Promoting Energy Efficiency and Conservation: Initiatives and Lessons from Nigeria
A new book titled “Promoting Energy Efficiency and Conservation: Initiatives and Lessons from Nigeria” has been published by the Community Research and Development Centre. The book, among others, highlighted and discussed the various initiatives that were embarked upon in Nigeria to promote energy efficiency. With the use of simple and easy-to-understand language, the book will help readers to understand the basic concept of energy efficiency and the link to the subject of climate change. Moreover, the book highlighted the several initiatives such as studies, campaigns and other activities embarked upon in Nigeria to strengthen the policy and regulatory environments in order to adopt energy efficiency best practices.
